United States: Mike the headless Chicken and  famous as Miracle Mike, was a Wyandotte Chicken which lived for 18 months after his head was departed from its body. On September 10th 1945, farmer Lloyd Olsen from United States, was planning to eat supper with his mother-in-law and sent his wife to bring a Chicken out of the yard.

Oslen chose a five month old cockerel named Mike. The axe missed the Jugular vein, while one ear and most of the brain was undamaged. Although Oslen failed attempt to behead Mike, it was still in consiounce, balanced and walked with out falling. Mike tried to be clear, ask for food and crow, with limited success. His crowing consisted of a gurgling sound made in his throat.
When Mike denied to die, farmer decide to continued to take care of the bird permanently. He fed it a mixture of milk and water by eyedropper.
In March 1947, while the farmer was travelling back from tour, Mike’s throat started choking in middle of the night. The Olsens had inadvertently left their feeding and cleaning syringes at the sideshow the day before, and so were unable to save Mike.
