Mr. MD. Mahmood Ali, the Home Minister of Telangana and Mr. Talasani Srinivas Yadav, the Fisheries Minister of Telangana, launched the awaited Panjagutta-KBR Park flyover.

The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) ministers launched the flyover on the 20th of January, Thursday.

The flyover worth Rs. 17 crore has been built by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC.) The main purpose of the Panjagutta-KBR Flyover is to ease the rush and traffic. The route would also help people to travel to KBR Park via Nagarjuna Circle, Panjagutta and other adjoining areas.

The ministers during the inauguration said the new flyover will offer free flow of traffic. They appreciated the K. Chandrasekar Rao Government for the initiative and spending huge funds for more flyovers, bridges, roads and foot over bridges.

Mr. Mahmood Ali and Mr. Talasani Srinivas Yadav also assured more such facilities in Hyderabad to cater to the traffic needs.

The launch was attended by Khairatabad Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) Mr. Danam Nagender, the Hyderabad Mayor Ms. G. Vijayalaxmi, the Deputy Mayor Mr. M Srilatha Reddy and other GHMC officials.
