Ms. Malavath Purna made history for the seventh time, after reaching the 7 highest peaks in the world.  She also became the first South Indian female to cross the milestone and reach the highest peak.

On the 5th of June, Ms. Malavath Purna, a resident of Telangana, completed the World 7 Summit Challenge by reaching Mt Denali the highest peak in North America with an elevation of 6,190 meters. 

According to sources, Ms. Malavath Purna has set the record for being the ‘Youngest Female in India’, who achieved such a milestone and climbed the 7 highest peaks of the world.  She left India on the 18th of May and reached Anchorage, Alaska on the 19th of May.

The climb of Mt Denali started on the 23rd of May and reached the target on the 5th of June. This was confirmed by her coach Shekhar Babu through a satellite phone.

 Meanwhile, on this victory, Ms. Malavath Purna thanked Ace Engineering Academy Chairman Professor Mr. Y.V. Gopalakrishna Murthy, who sponsored the trip, and her mentor Dr. R.S. Praveen Kumar. 

Furthermore, the Hyderabad-based Transcend Adventures’ has provided support for the full adventure expedition.
