Telangana, on the 1st of May, reported 6 new cases of the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19, taking the total to 1,044.

The cases were confirmed by Etela Rajender, the Health Minister of Telangana on the evening of the 1st of May.

Meanwhile,

The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government, on the 1s of May, released a list of districts which are designated as red and orange zones for the spread of the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.

Red Zone Districts in Telangana:

  • Hyderabad
  • Suryapet
  • Medchal Malkajgiri
  • Vikarabad
  • Warangal Urban

As of 7:00 P.M., today, the State has a tota of 1,044 positive cases, 552 active cases, 464 were discharged or recovered with 28 fatalities.
