In Telangana’s Pragathi Nagar region, a nurse was found dead in her room at a private clinic.
According to sources, the police found the dead body on the evening of the 27th of June, Monday, and launched an investigation. As per the initial investigation, the deceased was identified as Ms. M. Nagma, 21 years old. She was working as a nurse at Jayasree Clinic for the past three months. Furthermore, the police also revealed that she was upset for the past few days and allegedly called her family, before hanging herself death
Although the police suspect it to be a suicide case, no such note was found near the victim. Furthermore, the police launched an investigation to find the exact reason for the suicide.
Meanwhile, the suicide case created tension at the premises of the clinic, as the victim’s family and relatives staged a protest alleging workplace harassment led to the suicide.
The police pacified the protesters, who initially prevented the police from shifting the body. However, after the police’s intervention to stop protestors, the victim’s body was shifted to the Gandhi Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
Further investigation into the matter is underway.
