The Telangana High Court (HC) gave relief to Mr. Y.S. Avinash Reddy, the Member of Parliament (MP) of Kadapa district.

On the 27th of May, Saturday, the Telangana HC bench reserved verdict for the anticipatory bail plea in connection with the Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy Murder Case, for the 31st of May. 

Mr. Y.S. Avinash Reddy, the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) MP filed for an anticipatory bail amid fear of arrest.  He skipped the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) summons, asking to appear at the Hyderabad office for questioning.

Reviewing his plea, the Telangana HC reserved its verdict and asked the CBI not to arrest Mr. Y.S. Avinash Reddy, until the 31st of May.

The decision of the CBI came amid the health condition of Ms. Lakhsmiamma, the mother of Mr. Y.S. Avinash Reddy.  She suffered a heart attack and was shifted to a hospital in Kurnool, following which recently on the 26th of May, she was shifted to a hospital in Hyderabad.
