Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, on the 8th of May, laid the  foundation stone for the “Hare krishna heritage tower ” at Kokapet. 

Established with the idea of  “Hare Krishna Movement,” the iconic skyscraper 400ft temple at Narsingi Hyderabad is spread over 6 acres plot on 100ft 120ft roads.  The project cost is Rs. 200 crores and would house the temples of Sri Sri Radha Krishna and Sri Venkateswara Swamy. 

Furthermore, the tower would have large Radha Krishna temple hall, accommodating 1,500 devotees at a time with magnificent architectural elements.  There would be another hall named Annadhanam with a capacity of 500 people, for serving Anna Prasadam to devotees. The stone built Venkateswara Swamy temple would also have a Prakara of 37,000 sq ft and is inspired by the designs of the world renowned Tirumala Temple, located in Andhra Pradesh. 

The campus would also highlight Telangana heritage in the form of Kakatiya Architectural elements, with all the latest technology like Hologram, Laser projection, etc.   Other amenities at this heritage tower would also include Library, Kalyani, Auditorium, Kalyana Mandapa, IMAX Cheatre, Open Air Theatre, Lecture halls, Queue complex, Guest house (100 rooms) and other facilities for devotees.
