Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) is set to take part in Santhamurthy Sri Ramanujacharya Sahasrabdi celebrations, on the 7th of February, Monday.

Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy would participate in the pooja conducted by Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swamy, and pay tribute to the recently unveiled “Statue of Equality.”

According to government sources, the Andhra Pradesh CM would reach Shamshabad Airport today at 4:30 P.M., and from there he will reach Chinna Jeeyar Swamy Ashram.  During the visit, the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) President would take in various poojas and attend other events. 

He would return to Tadepalli at 9:05 P.M., tonight.  This would be third visit of Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy to Chinna Jeeyar Swamy’s ashram. 

Mr. Jagan had earlier met Chinna Jeeyar to seek his blessings before launching his marathon 3,000 km padayatra “Praja Sankalpa Yatra” in October 2017.

Jagan again met Chinna Jeeyar Swamy in March 2019, just a month before 2019 Assembly polls seeking his blessings for YSRCP’s victory.

Both of these visits to the ashram proved successful as Jagan’s padayatra became a huge success. 

Now, to attend the Ramanujacharya Celebration Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy would visit the ashram again.

Meanwhile, The celebrations of the historic event have been in full swing in the suburbs of Hyderabad since the 2nd of February.  The 12 days festival would continue till the 14th of February, under the supervision of Tridandi Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami.   During the scheduled celebration, national leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Union Ministers and President of India Mr. Ram Nath would visit and be a part of the celebration.
