Mr. Soma Bharath Kumar has been appointed as the Chairman of the Telangana State Dairy Development Cooperative Federation Limited (TSDCFL.)

On the 7th of November, Monday, Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, approved the appointment of Mr. Soma Bharat Kumar.  Taking charge immediately, Mr. Soma Bharath Kumar would serve as the Chairman of the TSDCFL for the next two years, 2024.  The TRS led Telangana Government issued an order in this regard, in effect immediately.

After being appointed for the TSDCFL Chairman post, Mr. Soma Bharath Kumar called on the Chief Minister at Pragathi Bhavan and received the appointment orders.  He extended his gratitude to the Chief Minister of Telangana and assured to live up to the expectations.

Highlighting about political career and early life of Mr. Soma Bharath Kumar, he is currently serving as the General Secretary of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) now known as the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS.)   He took over as the TRS/BRS General Secretary in 2001, since the formation of the TRS.  An advocate by profession, Mr. Soma Bharath Kumar was one of the members of the TRS, who actively participated in the Telangana Statehood Movement, following which in 2014, Telangana, then part of Andhra Pradesh, was announced as a separate State.
