The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Telangana Police is investigating the controversial poaching of the Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLA,) belonging to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS.)  

The interrogation was conducted at the Rajendranagar Police Station, on the 11th of November.  It is to be noted, on the 10th of November, Thursday, the police took the three accused, Mr. Ramachandra Bharati from Delhi, Mr. Simhayajulu from Tirupati and Mr. Nanda Kumar, a businessman from Hyderabad into custody, for further investigation.   

Recently, KCR released a video in which a voice was heard offering Rs. 100 crores to the TRS MLAs and blamed the BJP for poaching their MLAs.

In addition, the SIT Telangana also said, one of the accused, Mr. Ramachandra Bharati confessed to poaching the TRS MLAs, at the direction of top BJP leaders in Delhi.  However, details of the interrogation conducted on the 11th of November, are yet to be revealed.  The SIT also confirmed to have evidence regarding the involvement of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders from Telangana and Delhi in the poaching of the TRS MLAs. 

It is to be noted, the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) has granted two days of judicial custody of the three accused for the investigation, which is to end on the 12th of November.

On the other hand, Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar and other BJP leaders denied allegations of poaching TRS MLAs and staged protests against the arrest of the three accused.  The BJP also filed a writ petition against the arrest in the Telangana High Court, challenging the judicial custody orders of the ACB Court.
