Mr. Rahul Gandhi, the former President of the Indian National Congress (INC,) led Bharat Jodo Yatra (padayatra) would enter Hyderabad on the 1st of November.

Notably, the Bharat Jodo Yatra, which started on the 7th of September from Tamil Nadu, entered Telangana, on the 23rd of October in Telangana.  In between, Rahul Gandhi led INC delegation covering Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and now Telangana.

During the yatra in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, Mr. Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to visit the historic Charminar.  Later, he would visit Necklace Road and address a public meeting, organised by the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) workers.  At the bank of the Hussain Sagar, Tank Bund, Hyderabad, Mr. Rahul Gandhi would begin his Bharat Jodo Yatra in Hyderabad. 

Moreover, on the 6th day of the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Telangana, Mr. Rahul Gandhi tweeted, “Grandmother, I am carrying both your love and Sanskar in my heart. I will not allow India, for which you sacrificed your life, to fall apart.”

As of now, Mr. Rahul Gandhi took a halt and would resume the yatra in the evening.  After walking till night and covering approximately 28 kms, Mr. Rahul Gandhi would take a halt at night in Thondapalli, Shamshabad and would enter Hyderabad on Tuesday.

Moreover, the Bharat Jodo Yatra, a nationwide walk by the INC is  launched against the Bharatiya Janata Party’s misrule, arising issues like unemployment, hike in prices of essential commodities, petrol price rise and others.  On the 6th of November, Mr. Rahul Gandhi would conclude yatra in Telangana.  In Telangana, the INC delegation led by Mr. Rahul Gandhi would cover 19 assembly constituencies and seven Parliamentary constituencies for a distance of 375 km.  It would enter Maharashtra, the next destination on the 7th of November.
