In the Jammalamadugu region of Andhra Pradesh, a constable allegedly created ruckus under intoxicated conditions.

On the 22nd of March, Tuesday, media reported an incident, where a drunk constable handled a youth man and broke a beer bottle on his head, at a private bar.  The Superintendent of Police (SP) Mr. Timothy said the young man identified as Nadipi Chennaiah is a resident of Dodiam village of Mylavaram Mandal. 

Getting into the details, the victim was waiting for someone at the bar, when the alleged constable named Gangadhar Babu, in an intoxicated condition asked the victim where he was from.  Soon they got into a heated argument, following which the constable thrashed Nadipi, which left him with serious injuries.  Soon locals and people around rushed to save the victim and registered a police complaint against the constable.

Meanwhile, the victim is currently receiving treatment at a government hospital.
