Hyderabad: In a significant development, India’s Leader and MLA Stationaghanpur Kadiam Srihari hinted at potential changes in his political allegiance, citing reasons prompting individuals to move away from India. Srihari disclosed that a decision regarding his possible induction into the Congress party will be unveiled shortly.
The announcement comes in the wake of his daughter, Kavya, withdrawing her candidacy for the Warangal Bharasa MP seat, signaling a broader shift within Srihari’s political sphere.
In light of these developments, Congress party leaders convened a meeting with Kadiam Srihari to discuss his potential joining of the party. Notable attendees included party state affairs in-charge Deepadas Munshi, alongside Rohit Chaudhary, Mallu Ravi, Sampathkumar, Rohin Reddy, and others, who visited Srihari’s residence for deliberations.
During the meeting, discussions revolved around extending an invitation to Srihari to join the Congress ranks. Deepadas Munshi emphasized that the invitation was extended under the directive of the All India Congress Committee (AICC).
In response, Kadiam Srihari expressed his intention to deliberate further with party activists before making a definitive announcement. He assured that a decision regarding his political future would be made within the next couple of days.
