In Hyderabad, a horrific incident of rape and kidnapping was reported, confirmed the city police on the 15th of September, Thursday.

Notably, the victim, a 13 year old minor girl was reportedly out to buy medicines when the accused allegedly kidnapped her.  They took her to a nearby OYO hotel and drugged her.  According to sources, the accused identified as Ravesh Mehdi and Mehmudullah raped the victim for two days. However, after two days, the accused left the victim in Chandarghat, from there locals helped her to reach home.

Later, the family of the victim lodged a complaint with the police, following which an investigation has been launched.  According to the sources, the police are examining the CCTV footage of the hotel, where the victim was taken.

The victim’s mother said, “’I sent her out to get medicine for me. At the same time, two youths came and forcibly took our girl in the car.  They gave her an injection and drugs and after two days the accused left my girl near the house.  They took her to a lodge near Nampally and committed this crime.”

Moreover, the victim has been shifted to a child care Bharosa Centre and is being provided with the necessary medical services.

In addition, a case has been registered and an investigation is underway.
