Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, the Telangana Cabinet Minister for Information Technology and Municipal Administration, inaugurated, new Sparsh Hospital in Hyderabad, Telangana.

It is to be noted, after the resignation of Mr. Eatala Rajender as the Health Minister of Telangana, Mr. K.T. Rama Rao is handling the State Health Department. On Saturday, Mr. Rama Rao inaugurated the newly constructed Sparsh hospital building in Khajaguda for cancer patients. The newly inaugurated hospital would be providing free medical services to cancer patients, especially treating people who are in the last stage of cancer.

Previously, the free medical services were given to cancer patients in a rented building led by the Rotary club in Road No. 12, Banjara Hills. However, now, the free medical services for patients would be given to the new building in khajaguda.

The new hospital, Sparsh has been constructed in one acre land, which was leased by the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government.

There would be 82 beds with complete medical facilities. The new hospital would also have 10 special beds for children, who are suffering from cancer.

It is to be noted, the newly constructed hospital would be treating patients from Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Karnataka.

The TRS leaders, cabinet ministers and other leaders attended the inauguration event today.
