K.T. Rama Rao, the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister of Telangana, conducted a meeting with newly elected cooperative bank officials.

Mr. Rao conducted a meeting with the chairmen and vice chairmen of the  District Co-operative Central Bank (DCCB) and District Cooperative Marketing Society (DCMS.)

The meeting was scheduled on the afternoon of the 2nd of March at Telangana Bhavan. During the meeting the elected chairmen and vice chairmen discussed farmer’s loan waiver decision with KTR.  Mr. Rao based on the orders of K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana announced to start the loan waiver process soon.

K. Chandrashekar Rao said the process of debt waiver would begin soon under schemes like Farmer Bima, Farmer Bandhu and others to benefit the farmers of the State.

The meeting also focused on the growth and development of the farmers in Telangana.

This meeting was attended by ministers of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS,) State ministers and several leaders of the TRS.
