K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, is all set for a three day trip to Delhi. 

Mr. Rao left Hyderabad on the 11th of December at 10:00 A.M., in a special flight.

T. Harish Rao, the Finance Minister of Telangana and Vemula Prashanth Reddy, the Minister of Roads and Buildings Legislative affairs and Housing of Telangana accompanied Mr. Rao.

The three day visit of Mr. Rao was organised for the foundation of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) office in Delhi.

KCR would lay the foundation stone for the Telangana Rashtra Samithi office building, for which the Centre had allotted 1,100 sqm land in Vasant Vihar.

When asked about his meetings with Union ministers, a senior leader of the TRS said, “When a top leader is in Delhi for three days, it is natural that he would meet important dignitaries.”

Mr. Rao is also expected to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi, depending upon his availability.

During a meeting with union ministers Mr. Rao is likely to discuss several pending issues of Telangana.

K. Chandrashekhar Rao is expected to return to Hyderabad on Sunday, the 13th of December.
