Ms. K. Kavitha, the Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) of Nizamabad, who has been issued a notice by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is yet to receive any alternate date suggestion.

It is to be noted, the CBI issued a notice to Ms. K. Kavitha, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) leader, in the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam case.  She was asked to appear before the CBI on the 6th of December, but due to her prior commitments, Ms. K. Kavitha, the daughter of the Telangana CM K. Chandrashekar Rao, wrote to the CBI, asking for an alternate date for interrogation in the case.

Although Ms. K. Kavitha denied allegations of her involvement in the Delhi Liquor Scam case, she assured her cooperation with the CBI in the investigation.

Furthermore, the CBI officials are yet to respond to the suggestion of alternate dates given by Ms. K. Kavitha.

Meanwhile, the Delhi Excise Policy Scam with prime accused Mr. Manish Sisodia, the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, is still under investigation with the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate.
