The Telugu State of Telangana, on Friday, the 22nd of January, reported, lowest temperature. The outskirts of Hyderabad registered below 13° Celsius in the early hours of Saturday, the 22nd of January.

According to sources, the State has been registering a drop in temperature during night hours.

Several districts of Telangana are again suffering from a cold wave-like situation. It is likely that night temperatures in districts Adilabad, Kumram Bheem Asifabad, Nirmal and Mancherial might dip below 10 degree Celsius on Tuesday and Wednesday. IMD-H has issued an orange warning for these districts.

Hyderabad

Serilingampally – 12.4 degree Celsius

Rajendranagar – 12.4 degree Celsius

Patancheru – 13.8 degree Celsius

Secunderabad – 14.4 degree Celsius

Hayathnagar – 14.7 degree Celsius

STATE

Rangareddy – 10.3 degree Celsius

Sangareddy – 10.6 degree Celsius

Adilabad – 10.8 degree Celsius

Vikarabad – 11.1 degree Celsius

Komaram Bheem Asifabad – 11.4 degree Celsius

It is to be noted, average temperature during night hours are reported at 15.8 degree Celsius. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) Hyderabad forecasted low temperature for the next few days. According to the IMD predictions, the northeastern monsoon has withdrawn from the southern parts of the country.

However, due to the western disturbances, the temperatures in several parts of the city are likely to dip on Sunday and Monday, the 23rd of January and the 24th of January, respectively.

While in most parts of the city the night temperature might range from 11 degree Celsius to 15 degree Celsius. Considering the same, the IMD issued a five day yellow alert in Hyderabad.
