Hyderabad: Party Organisers Need Permission For New Year By Dec 23

In Hyderabad, the Rachakonda Police has issued certain guidelines for the 2023 New Year Party.

According to sources, the City Police has asked the organisers of parties and other events to obtain permission regarding the events from the police by the 23rd of December.  The organisers need to submit an application in this regard by 5:00 P.M., of the 23rd of December 2022.

The applications for permission would have to be submitted to the office of the Police Commissioner.   On the 16th of December, Friday, the Rachakonda Police issued an official release.  The official notice read, “Given forthcoming New Year Celebrations, those interested in organizing events may submit an application in writing on or before December 23 for issuance of permits.  The application letter may be submitted at the inward section, CP Office at Rachakonda, Neredmet.”

In addition, a few major criteria regarding the events organised by clubs, restaurants, clubs and hotels include parties till 1:00 A.M., no minors allowed, mandatory checking of IDs for age verification, no DJs after 10:00 P.M., in outdoor parties and music sound should be monitored as per rules.

The guidelines were issued in view of the upcoming festive celebrations like Christmas and New Year, which is a huge occasion for youngsters and people who enjoys party and celebrations.
