After heavy rainfall in Hyderabad, on the 5th of April, the Weather Department of Hyderabad predicted more pours for the next two days.

The Indian Meteorological Department issued a Yellow alert in Hyderabad and an Orange alert in Telangana, amid heavy rainfall.  Furthermore, constant heavy rainfall on Wednesday led to difficulties to the citizens like hours of power cuts, waterlogging and traffic hustle.

As per the Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS,) Shaikpet recorded the highest rainfall of 26.5 mm, followed by Asif Nagar (19.8 mm,) Golkonda (18 mm,) Rajendranagar (15.5 mm,) Khairtabad (11.3 mm) and Ameerpet (10 mm.)

However, despite constant rainfall in the Capital City of Telangana, people have no relief from rising temperature and heat, as the rain created moisture, and increased the humidity.

As per the weather department, all six zones in Hyderabad would witness partly cloudy sky and light to moderate rain with thundershowers, with no relief in maximum temperature.  The IMD predicts that the maximum temperature in Hyderabad would be in the range of 36 to 40 degrees Celsius, while Adilabad could see temperatures as high as 45 degrees Celsius.

Meanwhile, concerned with the weather forecast, the citizens of Hyderabad and Telangana are asked to take the necessary caution and avoid going out if not necessary.
