Cyberabad Police Arrests Interstate Gang Of Robbers, Briefed During Press Conference

V.C. Sajjanar, the Cyberabad Police Commissioner, on the 29th of August, addressed a press conference and spoke about the gang of 10 robbers. 

Mr. Sajjanar siad old a gang of 10 interstate robbers from Uttar Pradesh were arrested in Hyderabad on the 28th of August.

These robbers were specifically targeting gold and jewellery shops in the State.

The Cyberabad Police recovered weapons, stolen goods, a DCM vehicle and a two wheeler from them.

The Police officials also said in different places, several cases has been registered against the gang.

The police arrested these robbers from Ambedkar Colony in Jagadgirigutta area, where they were taking shelter.

Speaking about their plan, the gang members said, two would first conduct a requiem on gold shops in less populated areas, after which the gang would go all out and commit the crime of robbery.

In addition to the use of weapons during the robbery, he said he would not hesitate to kill anyone in the action.

CP described several incidents in which the gang was involved. CP Sajjanar congratulated the police for nabbing the gang from Uttar Pradesh.
