Hyderabad: Former minister T Harish Rao asked COngress government to release the guidelines on fulfilling 6 guarantees promised in their election manifesto. He reminded that 100 days’ time for the newly formed COngress government will be completed by March 17.  

Harish said that model code of conduct (MCC) for general elections is expected by February month end and the government should start implementing the six guarantees prior to that. He said that people in the state are suspecting whether Congress government is trying to delay implementing the six guarantees showing MCC as a reason.

Harish alleged that the Congress in its manifesto promised to implement Rythu Bharosa, Rythu Runa Mafi (loan waiver), Free power from December 9,2023 and failed in action. Harish expressed anger over the government for failing to keep up their promises. He said that people of Telangana will teach a lesson to the Congress party soon.
