Bandi Sanjay Kumar, the President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Telangana unit, slammed the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government.

On the 14th of September, Wednesday, Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar alleged the involvement of Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, and his family in the Delhi Liquor Scam.  

During a press meet, Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar said, “KCR family has not spared any scam. KCR family has a role in all scams including land, sand and liquor. KCR’s family has a role in the Delhi liquor scam too.”

In addition, the BJP President Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar said the KCR Government is also torturing the poor and has not fulfilled the promise of providing houses to poor.  However, the TRS Government is taking bribes from the poor to provide them with houses.

Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar said, if the BJP comes in power they would provide houses for poor.  He said, “For all the poor people who came to Telangana state for livelihood. After the BJP government comes, we will build houses for all the deserving ones.”

Taking a dig at the ruling TRS Government, Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar criticised KCR for not providing education and facilities to poor students, studying at the government schools.

Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar said, “In hostels, students are being fed wormy rice, students are getting sick after eating contaminated food. In Ibrahimpatnam CHC, family planning operations were performed on 34 people in one hour. Four women died in this incident. So the BJP will give free medicine and free education and free houses will be given to the poor. The kingdom of the poor should come in the state of Telangana.”

Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar urged people to vote for the BJP for a better education system and housing facilities for poor.  

Notably, Telangana is all set to contest the Assembly elections in 2023.  In regard to this, the TRS, the BJP and the Indian National Congress are making efforts to strengthen party and woo voters in the Telugu State.
