The BJP workers demanded the immediate release of Mr. Bandi Sanjay Kumar.  Furthermore, the BJP filed a petition in the Telangana High Court.   Monday being a court holiday, the BJP moved a habeas corpus house motion petition, against the arrest, as the police failed to provide any specific reason for the arrest and without warrant.

Meanwhile,  Mr. Jaya Prakash Nadda, the Chief of the BJP called former Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) from Telangana Mr. Ramachandra Rao and inquired about the arrest of Sanjay Kumar.  The Union Minister for Culture and Tourism, Mr. G.
