The Indian Premier League (IPL) management, on the 12th of December, released the final list of 332 cricket players for the IPL 2020 auction in Kolkata.

After shortlisting 332 players out of 971 players, the IPL management sent the list to the 8 franchises which would decide the players who would be selected in the auction.

According to sources, the final list consists of 19 Indian capped players and 24 new players.  According to the auction’s rules, the 8 franchises would select players for 73 slots. Out of the 73 players, 29 should be overseas players.

So far, Robin Uthappa, released by the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR,) has the highest base price of Rs. 1.5 crores.  Jaydev Unadkat has a base price of Rs. 1 crore to 1.5 crores.

The 1st set of players to be a part of the action in Kolkata includes Aaron Finch, Chris Lynn, Jason Roy, Eoin Morgan and Robin Uthappa.

However, an official announcement regarding the set of players is yet to be released.

The one day auction would be held in Kolkata on the 19th of December.
