The Indian Cricket Team will be back to the field and will soon play two Test matches, three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and T20s against West Indies during the West Indies tour.

After the recent International Council Cricket (ICC) World Cup, cricket fans were disappointed as the Indian Cricket Team was defeated in the semifinals.

However, with the announcement of the West Indies tour, the fans will see the Indian Cricket Team on the field again.

The selection committee, headed by M.S.K. Prasad, will select players of the Indian Cricket Team for the squad against the West Indies. Mr. Prasad also selected the squad for the ICC World Cup 2019.

The selection committee will soon meet in Mumbai in July and conduct the selection process and form a team.

According to sources, the team is expected to be different from the recent ICC team.

In specific, Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s selection in the team is a question, especially when news of Dhoni’s retirement continues to emerge on various social media platforms.

Virat Kohli, the Captain of the Indian Cricket Team, is expected to be in the Team to play the West Indies tour.

However, an official announcement about the Indian Cricket Team for the West Indies tour is yet to be made.

Stay tuned for further updates.
