Hardik Pandya Becomes 3rd Player To Win IPL POTM Award

Gujarat Titans Captain Hardik Pandya won “Player of the Match” after his tremendous 2022 IPL Maiden win.

On the 30th of May, Mr. Hardik Pandya, who is the third Indian skipper in the IPL history won the title.

He was honored with the title for his heroic game plan and all-rounder performance. Furthermore, the previous players who won the POTM are Anil Kumble and Rohit Sharma.

Meanwhile, the Gujarat Titans won a seven-wicket over Rajasthan Royals in the final match, witnessed by 1,04,859 at the Narendra Modi Stadium, Gujarat.  The team scored 131 runs with 11 balls remaining and defeated Rajasthan for the third time in IPL 2022.  This is a historic moment for Gujarat Titans, which made its debut in the 15th edition and won the match under the leadership of Mr. Hardik Pandya.  Furthermore, the newly announced team also had former players of Kolkata Knight Riders, Mumbai Indians, and Sunrisers Hyderabad.  The team also head coaching staff comprising Ashish Nehra (head coach,) Gary Kirsten (mentor and batting coach), and Vikram Solanki (director of cricket).  The trio has worked together for Royal Challengers Bangalore, previously.
