Sourav Ganguly, the President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI,) is all set to meet Rahul Dravid, the head of the National Cricket Academy.

According to sources, the meeting is organised to discuss the future of the NCA.  The newly elected BCCI team would also attend the meeting in Bengaluru. During the meeting, Sourav Ganguly and Rahul Dravid would discuss the activities of the NCA and the roadmap for the NCA and also chalk down strategies to strengthen the cricket team in India and its players.

Rahul Dravid is also expected to brief Ganguly about a new NCA project for the development of cricket in India.

A BCCI official, who wished to remain anonymous, said, “Ganguly and Dravid will be discussing the way forward for NCA and the issues it faces.”

Another important topic expected to be discussed during the meeting is the rehabilitation of players like Prithvi Shaw, who is on a doping ban.

This would be Sourav Ganguly’s first official meeting after taking over as the BCCI President.  Sourav Ganguly became the BCCI President on the 23rd of October.

The meeting between Rahul Dravid and Sourav Ganguly is scheduled to be held on the 30th of October.
