Mr. A. Revanth Reddy, the President of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) has been put under house arrest.

On the 7th of April, Thursday, the Hyderabad Police placed Mr. Revanth Reddy under house arrest, to stop him from seizing the Civil Supplies Bhavan and Vidyut Soudha.  According to the source, the TPCC Chief called to seize the Vidyut Soudha and Civil Supplies Bhavan, to protest against the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) State Government and the Central Government.  He urged the K. However, the Hyderabad Police denied permission for the protest, and to prevent Mr. Revanth Reddy from seizing the Vidyut Soudha and Bhavan, deployed policemen at his residence in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills.
