The Special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Court, which heard the bail plea petition of the Delhi Health Minister Mr. Satyendra Jain, reserved its order.

On June 14, the court heard the matter and is likely to announce its judgment on the 18th of June.  Notably, the Aam Aadmi Party Leader and Delhi Health Minister Mr. Satyendra Jain filed for a bail petition after a Delhi court, extended his judicial custody with the ED for the next two weeks.

A special court of Delhi extended the judicial custody of Mr. Satyendra Jain, the Health Minister of Delhi.  On the 13th of June, Monday, the court extended the judicial custody of Mr. Satyendra Jain by 14 days.  Notably, the Aam Aadmi Party leader Mr. Satyendra Jain has been arrested in the money laundering case filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED.)  

The ED custody was scheduled to end today, the 13th of June, Monday, which has now been extended for the next two weeks, which is the 27th of June.

Meanwhile, Mr. Satyendra Jain has filed a bail plea in the same court, which has been scheduled to review his custody on the 14th of June, Tuesday.

Notably, the ED registered a money laundering case against Mr. Satyendra Jain on the 29th of May.  He was alleged to have laundered money worth Rs. 4.81 crores through four companies in 2017.  He was arrested by the ED on the 30th of May.’
