The Eknath Shinde led Shiv Sena removed Mr. Sanjay Raut, the Member of Parlaiment (MP) as the Parliamentary Leader’s post and appointed Gajanan Kirtikar.

The development came a month after the Election Commission of India (ECI) approved the original bow and arrow symbol to CM Eknath Shinde led Shiv Sena faction and recognized it s the real Shiv Sena.

Lok Sabha MP Gajanan Kirtikar is the new leader of its parliamentary party, after he replaced Mr. Sanjay Raut.  Shinde wrote to Lok Sabha Speaker Mr. Om Birla and Rajya Sabha Chairman Mr.  Jagdeep Dhankhar, informing that Mr. Gajanan Kirtikar would be the leader of the Shiv Sena Parliamentary party in place of Mr. Sanjay Raut.

Mr. Gajanan Kirtikar extended gratitude and said,  “Chief Minister @mieknathshinde has shown a confidence in me b appointing me as the leader of the Sgiv Sena parliamentary party. I express my sincere gratitude to him as well as to all the Shiv Sena colleagues in parliament who have supported me.”
