Delhi: Political parties in the country receiving a whopping amount of Rs.11671 crores in the form of electoral bonds from various persons and institutions.

Mega Engineering Company owned by Telugu industrialists donated Rs.966 crores in the form of electoral bonds. A leading gaming company Future Gaming donated Rs.1368 crores.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) stood first with Rs.6061 crores followed by Trinamool Congress with Rs.1610 crores. Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) received Rs.1215 crores and YSRCP received Rs.337 crores. Telugu Desam Party (TDP) got Rs.219 crores. Jana Sena received Rs.21 crores.

The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Thursday submitted a detailed report of 337 pages on the electoral bonds to the Supreme Court of India as per its directions. The State Bank of India (SBI) didn’t reveal the details of the donations made to the party by individuals and said that it may take 3 months.

Fact finder Mohammed Jubair revealed the details of the donations received by various parties.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court of India once again expressed anger over the SBI for failing to provide the exact details.
