On the 30th of May, Prime Minister Narendra Modi completed nine years as the PM of India.

On this occasion, Mr. Narendra Modi took to Twitter and shared a post expressing gratitude.  On Tuesday morning, Mr. Narendra Modi said, “Today, as we complete 9 years in service to the nation, I am filled with humility and gratitude.  Every decision made, and every action taken, has been guided by the desire to improve the lives of people.  We will keep working even harder to build a developed India.”

Notably, Mr. Narendra Modi led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) won the 2014 elections for the first time and formed the Central Government.  In the second General elections, held in 2019, the BJP once again stood out and won against the opposition, the Indian National Congress (INC.)

The BJP has been in power for two consecutive terms, and completed nine years on the 30th of May, 2023.  In order to mark this occasion, the Bharatiya Janata Party has planned a month long campaign.  Starting from the 20th of May,  Tuesday, there would be mass connect programs, with Modi himself scheduled to address a rally in Ajmer in Rajasthan.

Mr. Narendra Modi would address a grand rally in Ajmer on Wednesday, the 31st of May.
