New Delhi: An Ola cab driver Sandeep was arrested at Gurgoan for allegedly misbehaving and harassing a woman judge in a city who booked the ride to go for shopping in north Delhi.
The driver is booked on charges of outraging the modesty of woman among others on the basis of a complaint by the additional sessions judge in Tis Hazi court.
According to the judge’s complaint, a senior police officer said, “after the judge booked a cab for shopping, the lady asked the driver to wait while she went to a shop, but as the wait extended beyond two minutes, the driver allegedly started verbally abusing her. The Ola driver was even about to throw her bag on the road.”
