Mr. Yogi Adityanath, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, on the 23rd of November, said, that the Noida International Airport will be functional from 2024.

Considered to be Asia’s largest airport, the airport in Uttar Pradesh would provide employment to one lakh people, and will be pollution-free with all the facilities. The airport is going to have an investment worth Rs. 30,000-35,000 crores, and would be fifth international airport in Uttar Pradesh.  In addition, it would also be the largest international airport in Asia.

Meanwhile, on the 24th of November, Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone at 1:00 P.M., at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
