New Delhi: A minor girl who was struggling for her life after being allegedly raped and set fire by her boyfriend in Greater Noida, passed away in the wee hours.
The 16-year-old girl suffered 95% of burns and was battling for her life at Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi following the incident that occurred on Monday in Tigri village in Greater Noida West.
The accused has been taken into custody. 18-year-old, who is the neighbour of the victim called her onto the roof, raped her and set her ablaze. He then fled the spot.
