Mr. Manish Sisodia, the former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, who is accused in the Delhi Liquor Scam would remain in jail till the 20th of March.

On the 6th of March, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) produced Mr. Manish Sisodia, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader before the Delhi High Court.  

The court bench reviewed the plea filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) demanding an extension into the judicial custody for the next few days, to question in the scam.  This is the second time, the Delhi High Court announced an extension in the remand custody.  Earlier, the court rejected the plea of Manish Sisodia, seeking exemption from investigation, but lost.

Meanwhile, an investigation into the Delhi Liquor Scam is underway.
