Gurugram – Businessman Commits Suicide

Naresh Hasija, a 47 years old businessman, committed suicide at Park View Apartments in Gurugram, Haryana, on Monday.

The victim jumped from the 9th floor of the building, around 3:00 A.M. He owned a flat in the same apartment and lived there with his family.

Baljeet, a police officer, said, “Hasija, his wife and children watched a movie on television till late on Sunday. His elder son was studying till 2 A.M. on Monday. The reason behind this extreme step is not clear immediately.”

A case was registered at Sector 50 Police Station, Gurugram. An investigation was launched to determine whether the case is that of a suicide or not, as no suicide note was recovered.
