The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted a raid at the residence of Mr. Satyendar Jain, the Health Minister of Delhi.

On the 6th of June, Monday, the ED carried out raids as a follow-up to the ongoing investigation in a money laundering case registered against the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader.

Notably, the ED registered a money laundering case against Mr. Satyendar Jain on the 29th of May.  He was alleged to have laundered money worth Rs. 4.81 crores through four companies in 2017.  He was arrested by the ED on the 30th of May and was given ED judicial custody till the 9th of June.

According to sources, the raids were carried out at the residential premises of Mr. Satyendar Jain and certain other locations.

Furthermore, the raids are underway.
