On Thursday the Delhi High Court issued a notice to the Delhi police related to the Chief Secretary’s case. Delhi’s Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash stated he was beaten up by two Aam Aadmi Party MLAs.

One of the accused AAP MLA Prakash Jarwal filed a bail plea at the Tis Hazari Court last week. But the Court dismissed he plea pushing Jarwal to the Delhi High Court. After the plea was received the High Court asked the Delhi Police for a response on the matter by the 7th of March.

The two AAP MLAs Jarwal and Amanatullah Khan have been kept under judicial custody for 14 days. But the FIR filed by Prakash in Delhi named the two MLAs, allowing the Delhi Police to take the two accused in custody.

AAP Leader Arvind Kejriwal has denied these allegation and stated Prakash was the one who disrespected him and his MLAs.
