The Delhi High Court (HC) reserved its order on former Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray’s plea regarding the party symbol freeze.

On the 15th of December, Thursday, the Delhi High Court (HC) reserved its order in the long pending Shiv Sena symbol issue between Mr. Uddhav Thackeray and Mr. Eknath Shinde.

It is to be noted, Mr. Uddhav Thackeray filed a petition in the Delhi High Court (HC) against the order of a single bench judge, which dismissed his plea against the Election Commission of India (ECI.)   The ECI announced to freeze Shiv Sena’s ‘bow and arrow’ party symbol.

In regard to this, Mr. Uddhav Thackeray had approached the High Court on the 13th of December.

The Bench headed by Chief Justice Satish Chander Sharma and Justice Subramonium Prasad kept the order reserved after hearing the arguments at length.

The orders into the matter would be released soon.
