The Delhi Government led by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) collected a fine of Rs. 1,00,15,300 fine from people, who violated the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) norms.
The huge fine was collected on the 2nd of January, Sunday, a day after the New Year’s celebration. According to sources, the Delhi Police, deployed registered a total of 5,066 cases including 735 cases from North Delhi and 647 cases from Central Delhi.
The updated information was confirmed by a bulletin, released by the Delhi Government. In addition, the COVID-19 and Omicron situation is worsening with the highest cases in Delhi.
As per the Health Department of Delhi, the National Capital has the highest number of Omicron cases and COVID-19 cases, after Maharashtra.
