Indian cricketer and former captain of the Indian Cricket Team has purchased a portion of Bungalow, “Gouri Kunj,” which was owned by legendary singer late Kishore Kumar.

According to the media sources, Mr. Virat Kohli, who owns a brand named ‘One8’, is likely to start a restaurant business and turn that reportedly purchased bungalow into a restaurant.  Located in Mumbai’s Juhu area, the said restaurant will be under Mr. Virat Kohli’s ‘One8’ brand.  The purchase of the bungalow is on a five year lease as of now.

It is to be noted, the star skipper is a brand ambassador of many products and also owns a chain of popular brands, including One8, Wrogn and Rage Coffee.

If sources are to be believed, the restaurant work is almost completed and would be ready by next month. In addition, the official Instagram page of ‘One8’ posted a new bio which read, “Juhu, Mumbai #ComingSoon”.

Notably, with the restaurant, Mr. Virat Kohli would expand his business in the food sector (hospitality) also.  The Cricketer already has business interests in apparel, fragrance and footwear under the ‘One8’ brand.
