Pigeons- The New Smuggler Of Drugs

Pigeons have always been a sign of peace and love across different cultures. Even in Bollywood pigeons have been depicted as message carriers across enemy lines.

However, with changing times, so have the messages. They have now become carrier of drugs across lands.

In a report by Al Arabiya, Kuwait, customs department have seized 178 pills from a backpack that was wrapped around a pigeon. The department believes this homing pigeon to be from Iraq. The pigeon was found above a building near the customs department in the Abdali province near Iraq’s border.

However, the Tweeple found it that the pigeons cannot be blamed for an act that they didn’t know.
