Samsung Galaxy Note 8 : Today is a big day for all Samsung lovers, it is the world wide unveiling of the Galaxy Note 8 smartphone. Today, at 8:30 P.M., the South Korean phone company is conducting a Galaxy Unpacking 2017 event in New York. Galaxy Note 8 has to be beyond expectation as the previous Galaxy Note 7 was recalled because of its faulty batteries that were posing a huge fire hazard.

Sources say the phone will be available for around 1,000 euros in Europe which is around Rs. 75,400. The phone will be shipped out only in September though. It seems like a hefty price but this is not the official price and the unveiling will reveal the exact price.

Reports have revealed the phone will be available for advance booking one day after the launch and will be shipped out on the 15th of September.

A few leaks about the phone suggest that it will come out in eight different colors, Artic Silver, Coral Blue, Pink, Gold, Deep Sea Blue, Midnight Black, Orchid Gray/Violet and Dark Blue. The front panel will be black for all the phones but the S Pen will be in the color of the phone purchased.

The smartphone is said to have a dual camera setup and a glass back. The note 8 is also said to have a bezelless front (Infinity Display) and comes with an S Pen. Right next to the back camera of the phone, the fingerprint scanner is placed. On the right edge of the camera is the power key and on the left is the volume and Bixby button.

The smartphone is expected to have a 6 GB RAM along with 64 GB built in memory. The smartphone will have an expandable microSD card slot of 256 GB. The phone is said to house a 3300 mAh capacity battery. The battery can be charged with the USB Type -C or wirelessly.
