Hyderabad: In a horrific incident, a man slit his wife’s throat with in the court premises in Hyderabad yesterday. The blood shed incident occurred at the court when the couple has come to attend the proceedings with connection with a case filed by wife against her husband.
Nagendra Babu slit his wife Soujanya’s throat with a knife within the Rajendernagar court premises as people watched the horror. He fled soon after slitting her throat. Soujanya, who was bleeding profusely was rushed to a hospital nearby.
According to the police, Soujanya had approached the court, seeking directions to her husband to pay maintenance. She had complained that he had not been giving her money for monthly expenses after he had allegedly been having an extra-marital affair.
