16 Died In AP And Telangana Returning From Godavari Pushkaralu

Hyderabad: As many as 16 people were killed in a road accident which included people of both the Telugu speaking states this Monday morning.

From the people who lost their lives, 5 were from Vishaka three each from Nellore and Guntur. Two others from Medak district.  Several others who were injured were taken to hospital. The death ratio might go up as the count is still on hold.

Another 10 people were died when an RTC bus collided with an auto at Marikavalasa in Vishakapatnam. 5 injured in the same mishap.

16 Died among AP and Telangana

Similarly in a road accident at Bogoru mandal in Nellore 3 people were killed and 20 people injured.

Yet another auto accident in Chowdavaram Village, Guntur Mandal, 3 people were killed and eight injured. The accident took place when the auto driver tried to avoid a head-on collision with a truck.

In a bike accident in Medak district, 2 youth were burnt alive on the spot.

Road accidents were also reported in Kasimkota, Vishakapatnam district, Nellore, Paadu mandal, Guntur district and Siddipet mandal. In most of the accidents were either going to Pushkaram or returning after taking the holy dip.
