Congress releases ‘Abhaya Hastham’ manifesto with 414 promises

Hyderabad: Congress party promised to issue group-1 job notification in February-2024 if it comes into power. Congress which is aiming to win majority seats at Telangana assembly elections has released a manifesto with a number of people friendly attractive schemes.

All India Congress Committee (AICC) president Mallikarjun Kharge, Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) incharge Manikrao Thakare, TPCC president and other key leaders were among those who released the party’s election manifesto ‘Abhaya Hastham’ with 414 election promises.

Congress party has set its target in attracting the jobless youth. Job calendar with around 2 lakh jobs is a major assurance given in the manifesto. The COngress promised to clear the Mega DSC bill in its first cabinet meeting after assuming power. 

Loan waiver of Rs.2 lakhs for farmers, 24 hours free and quality power for farmers, house for eligible are among the promises given by Congress. AICC also assured to order a probe with a sitting judge on alleged corruption at Kaleshwaram project.
