Mangalagiri: Jana Sena Party’s chief, Pawan Kalyan, is set to launch his election campaign commencing from March 27, 2024. His campaign will inaugurate at the Pithapuram assembly constituency, where he is slated to contest.

Before venturing into the North coastal Andhra region, Pawan dedicated three days to canvassing in Pithapuram. The campaign will prominently feature the utilization of his campaign vehicle, ‘Varahi’.

Meanwhile, the YSRCP has honed its focus on Pithapuram to counter Pawan Kalyan’s influence and has appointed mandal and division-wise in-charges for strategic campaigning.

Mudragada Padmanabham, a significant Kapu leader and former minister, has been actively involved in the YSRCP’s campaign, particularly in targeting Pawan Kalyan.

In a strategic move, Pawan has chosen to establish Pithapuram as his operational hub and intends to remain stationed there until the conclusion of the elections.

To ensure effective outreach, Pawan plans to utilize a helicopter for travel to various destinations from Pithapuram. Upon his return, he will engage with locals on a daily basis.

Recognizing the importance of inclusive representation, Pawan aims to involve women wing leaders from his party in campaign activities across the state.

The ambitious campaign agenda includes covering approximately 140 assembly constituencies. Pawan scheduled to address an estimated 65 meetings aboard the ‘Varahi’ vehicle.
